If there’s anyone out there that knows about careers, it’s me. You see, I’ve had all of them. Okay, maybe not all of them, but definitely a ton of them. I’m your typical type-A, overachiever personality; a total expert career planner.

I've never been willing to settle which has meant that I've landed highly coveted jobs and opportunities that others could only dream of. From banking to corporate concierge, to fundraising, to working as a therapist with an awesome position at Mass. General Hospital, to being a social worker at the VA in Denver, to life coaching, I've done it all. My friends called me a "job hopper" but the truth was, I was an expert "career climber." I was never willing to settle.

While my journey was always interesting, not feeling like I had found my calling took an emotional toll and filled my head with a lot of negative chatter and fear.

YEAH - YOU COULD DEFINITELY SAY I HAVE TRIED IT ALL

Through my own process of discovery, I have read every single book on how to
manage your career and then pushed myself again and again.

Looking back, it’s easy for me to connect the dots and see how each of my experiences added up to where I am now and how incredible it is to be able to use them to connect with you.

Let me be honest with you for a minute here, my career path took a TON of FIERCE COURAGE, UNSHAKABLE CONFIDENCE and a belief that I deserved more in my life. That I was NEVER going to settle for less than what I was worth.

I want you to feel the same way.  I know how horrible it can feel when you apply for a job and never hear anything back, or when you get passed over for a job you desperately wanted.  But you don’t need to let these speed bumps stop you from going after what you really want. Because the truth is, you have GREAT value to offer.
